6,000m2 Full Envelope Solution (Cladding, Roofing & Stormwater)

Exterior view of a large industrial building with corrugated metal walls, a lifted section, and construction equipment nearby under a partly cloudy sky.

The Brief: A comprehensive 6,000m2 integrated building envelope for a high-intensity Machine Equipment Maintenance (MEM) workshop. The project required a full-service approach spanning structural wall cladding, expansive roof sheeting, and high-capacity stormwater solutions.

The Challenge: Delivering a massive 6,000m2 footprint within a strict 4-month window. This necessitated precision engineering of custom industrial flashings and high-volume downpipe systems to protect sensitive heavy machinery maintenance activities.

The Result: A seamless, high-durability industrial facility delivered on time. By coordinating cladding and plumbing workflows, we achieved a weather-tight, uniform finish that met all rigorous industrial operational standards.

Toyota Melville, Commercial full Metal Roof replacement, 2000m2

2022

A metal rooftop with air conditioning units, vents, and antennas under a partly cloudy sky.

The Brief: A full-scale roof replacement completed within a strict 5-week window.

The Challenge: The primary objective was to maintain full business continuity for the client. We engineered a staged installation process that allowed the business below to remain fully operational with zero downtime. Through meticulous planning and clear communication, we delivered a high-quality finish with minimal disruption to daily services.

The Brief: A high-performance roof replacement completed in just 4 weeks under extreme environmental conditions.

The Challenge: Working in 60°C heat with 12-hour shifts, we ensured the camp kitchen below remained 100% operational. We engineered a custom vapour barrier system to prevent condensation and moisture ingress caused by high humidity and temperature extremes, delivering a durable, climate-controlled solution with zero service downtime.

The Brief: A comprehensive re-roof for a family home plagued by historic, widespread leaking.

The Challenge: Identifying and rectifying multiple failure points across a complex roofline. We stripped the failing materials and installed a precision-sealed Colorbond system, permanently solving the leakage issues that previous repairs had failed to fix.

The Result: A 100% weather-tight, modernised home delivered with minimal disruption to the household.

The Brief: A 500m2 integrated roofing solution for a busy retail hub, combining extensive re-roofing with new structural extensions.

The Challenge: Managing a high-density site with multiple tenants. The project required advanced roof plumbing expertise to navigate a complex array of custom flashings and transitions. Using Kliplock concealed fixed metal sheeting, we delivered a seamless, screw-less finish that provides superior water-tightness and a sleek architectural profile.

The Result: A durable, high-capacity commercial roof system installed with zero disruption to the precinct’s daily trade.

The Brief: A complete 500m2 industrial overhaul for a 1950s warehouse plagued by persistent, long-term leakage.

The Challenge: Multiple contractors had previously attempted and failed to stop the water ingress on this aging structure. We performed a full "tin-to-tin" re-roof, stripping the original 1950s sheeting and engineering a modern, weather-tight solution. By addressing the structural nuances of an older building, we permanently resolved the leaks where others couldn't.

The Result: A fully restored, high-capacity industrial facility with zero leaks and a 21st-century lifespan.
